Account & Data Deletion
Akela+ (developer: Mike Krejci) · Last updated: June 22, 2026
Overview
Akela+ stores most of your data — meetings, templates, campouts, awards, and your pack profile — only on your device. Uninstalling the app permanently removes all of that local data. This page covers the limited data tied to an optional community account, and how to request its deletion.
When do you have an account?
You only have an account if you signed in — with Google or Apple — to submit content to the community library or to moderate. If you never signed in, Akela+ holds no account data about you.
How to request deletion of your account and associated data
- Email info@akelaplus.com from the email address associated with your account.
- Use the subject line: Delete my Akela+ account
- We verify the request against your account email and process it within 30 days.
What is deleted
- Your account and sign-in identifier (Google/Apple user ID)
- Your email address
- Your contributor profile, including your public handle and your private name
- Personal attribution on any content you submitted
What may be kept
- Content you submitted that was published to the shared community library may be retained in anonymized form (personal attribution removed) so the library stays intact for other pack leaders.
- Anonymous, non-identifying analytics and crash diagnostics that are not linked to your account.
- Data stored locally on your own device — removable anytime by uninstalling the app.
Delete only some of your data
To remove specific submitted content without deleting your whole account, email info@akelaplus.com describing the items you'd like removed. These requests are handled within 30 days.
